The solution sends documents directly to suppliers, customers, and other email recipients and then continually monitors the status of each document until the recipient signs or rejects it. Once complete, final status information is pushed back into the ERP application so users and managers can quickly understand the status of a document.

Plus, AventX can automatically gather and include external attachments to include with the final document requiring an e-signature. AventX can gather and attach dozens of files types including the most popular document (.docx, .pdf, .txt), presentation (.pptx), spreadsheet (.xlsx, .csv), image (.jpg, .png, .tiff) formats, and many more.
