In response to your valuable feedback on the AventX Feedback Hub, we’re thrilled to announce the latest enhancement to AventX—support for additional standard DocuSign tags! Now, document administrators enjoy enhanced flexibility in creating templates with a broader range of fields, including Title, Company, Name, Email, SSN, and Zip Code. Unlike before, AventX is no longer confined to a limited set of fields, empowering you to tailor your document templates precisely to your needs. This update, inspired by submissions to the AventX Feedback Hub, marks a significant leap forward in customization and efficiency for your DocuSign workflows.

AventX Refines DocuSign Tag Usage for Ultimate Flexibility
We’ve taken user-centric innovation a step further with AventX’s enhanced DocuSign tag usage. Previously, when dealing with sequential routing and multiple recipients, the application required uniformity in fields for all users. This meant if one recipient required a signature and two others only needed initials, the application mandated all three signers to have both signature and initials fields. Now, with our latest enhancement, AventX offers unparalleled flexibility and fault tolerance. Companies can precisely configure document requirements, ensuring each signer is prompted only for the specific fields they need. Simplify your workflows and enhance accuracy with AventX’s adaptive DocuSign tag usage—a game-changer for your document processing efficiency.

Email Tracker Enhancements to Improve Delivery
AventX introduces two enhancements tailored for the AventX Email Tracker Module. First, we’ve refined the logic governing the ‘REPLY TO’ and ‘FROM SENDER’ data fields often used with email headers, dynamically aligning the data fields with the ‘FROM’ email address. This move mitigates the risk of emails being flagged as suspicious, providing a seamless and legitimate communication experience. Additionally, by setting the ‘FROM SENDER’ to mirror the ‘FROM’ email address we attempt to tackle the pesky ‘Sent on Behalf Of’ message often encountered by M365 users. Now, even in cases where the sending domain differs from the sender’s, your emails exude authenticity.

Document Creation Improvements
Elevate JD Edwards Report Definition Generation with Seamless Attachment Integration
As a standalone solution or add-on to AventX for JD Edwards, the latest software release simplifies and automates attachment integration with JD Edwards Report Output. When AventX receives a new report output from JDE, it intelligently extracts crucial details such as client names and invoice numbers, retrieves pertinent attachments from networked folders, and effortlessly merges them into a cohesive PDF.
AventX A2A reduces errors, streamlines processes, and can enhance visibility by consolidating report output and attachments, ensuring unparalleled visibility into all documents you need to share with clients, customers, and colleagues. If the packet needs to be added to JD Edwards, AventX can even generate the final packet as a multi-page JPEG, ensuring JD Edwards users have easy access to the entire packet from the JDE web browser to answer questions and provide client assistance.
