AventX consolidates it all into a single accurate, browser-based registry, where administrators can add, configure, enable, disable, and test any printer without touching a command line. And where the help desk can troubleshoot a failed printer job without a DBA.
Built-in connectivity checks confirm that each device is reachable, and for IPP printers, AventX automatically pulls live capabilities and applies them to the configuration, removing guesswork from setup.
