Thank you for your comments.  Yes, AventX supports sending the PDF output to an archive server via FTP or sFTP which can be setup and controlled via AventX.  AventX has supported archiving technology since the introduction of version 5.6 and all of the setup and configuration is easily done within Oracle forms.

I have one question about archiving using Aventx. We have requirement where we want to FTP the PDF output to server for archiving. Is it possible or we only can FTP XML output of report using XML Archive Gateway ? 

if yes which version of Aventx support PDF archiving.
