Every archived document is tracked with its own job ID and full status history, encrypted at rest, and governed by a per-device retention policy you set to match your compliance requirements, from days to a decade. A Unified Master Printer Registry — Manage Every Printer in One Place

AventX centralizes every printer your organization delivers to (CUPS, direct-IP [Direct Print], and Microsoft 365 Universal Print) in a single master registry, eliminating the routine of logging into Oracle EBS, then CUPS, then a printer’s IP address just to resolve a single configuration issue. Printers can be imported in bulk from CUPS servers, CSV files, or directly from Oracle EBS, then staged and committed back to one or more EBS environments with a safe, reviewable, two-step workflow. A Verify step reads a printer’s live capabilities (duplex, resolution, make and model, and finishing options such as stapling and hole-punching) and automatically applies them to the configuration, so complex finishing is available to end users without manual setup.
