Rollup of Product Updates [Summer 2025; v25.3]

AventX 25.3.x boosts enterprise document delivery with smarter email validation, expanded JD Edwards + Oracle compatibility, and powerful new eAM mobile and EBS API features to streamline workflows from the server room to the shop floor.

The AventX v25.3.x releases deliver a significant step forward in our Mobile Work Order application, as well as workflow improvements across JD Edwards, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle eAM. This update introduces domain-level email validation to prevent failed outbound messages proactively, strengthens compatibility with the latest Oracle drivers, and expands mobile capabilities for rugged Android devices. With new REST API endpoints, smarter printing workflows, and enhanced self-service tools for administrators, v25.3.x is designed to improve reliability, reduce manual effort, and help your teams work faster.

Document Creation & Delivery Improvements

Proactively Prevent Email Failures with Domain Validation

AventX for JD Edwards now includes an optional domain validation step using nslookup, which helps ensure that outbound emails only attempt delivery to resolvable domains. This configurable feature, which aligns AventX for JDE Edwards with similar functionality in other AventX solutions, can prevent undeliverable email jobs by verifying MX records before sending, thereby reducing bounce-backs and enhancing system reliability.
