As CTO, I bridge the gap between Product, Development, and Service, leveraging my experience and understanding of the industry to drive value for clients.

I’m dedicated to maximizing your AventX success. Through personalized engagement and strategic marketing, I’ll drive ongoing value. In my free time, I unwind by catching Red Sox and Patriots games.

Whether answering a question or planning a new use case for AventX, I enjoy helping clients. As an avid reader, I’m a big fan of Chuck Palahniuk (“Fight Club”) and Harry Potter (the books & movies). But don’t call me a Potterhead.

For me, a support call is more than fixing an issue, it means finding the root and educating. Outside the office, you’ll find me traveling—anything from a short road trip to an off-the-grid destination.

I’m the first point of contact for support requests—coordinating communication between customers & engineers. Outside of work I enjoy discussing history, physics, and cosmology, as well as gaming and cheering for the New Orleans Saints.

My role is to help customers get quick, uncomplicated answers. In my personal time, I enjoy video games, reading, and movies and TV–usually the sci-fi and fantasy genres.

For 20+ years, I’ve helped customers understand the ins and outs of their AventX implementations. My spare time is spent mostly in the water—swimming with a local USMS team (in the pool or the James River) or playing water polo.
