24X7 Support

As part of a premium support contract, STR Software provides access to excellent, human-based support during normal operating hours. We understand that the need for support doesn’t always fall during business hours which is why STR Software offers a subscription to 24×7 Support Services. Enrolling in STR Software’s 24×7 Support Services ensures peace of mind that you have access to our knowledgeable support personnel regardless of day or time.

24×7 service agreements are annual service contracts in addition to the standard annual service agreement. If your organization has not invested in a 24×7 annual support agreement and wish to consider investing in one, the engineer you speak to will provide information on how to invest in this agreement. 24×7 service agreements can be obtained immediately via one of the following payment options:

  1. Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard Only)
  2. Purchase Order


How do I know if I purchased a 24×7 Service Agreement?

24×7 service agreements are contracts an organization may purchase via STR Software’s sales department. The engineer you speak to can provide you feedback on whether your organization has purchased a 24×7 service contract.

What number do I call if my organization purchased a 24×7 Service Agreement?
