It walks through a business case solution involving an enterprise solution for the automated delivery of BIP documents from Oracle EBS via email and fax in six direct “road map” items:
1. Use Oracle’s native functionality to create and deliver POs
2. Leverage BI Publisher/XML Publisher to create electronic PO forms
3. Distribute POs directly from native Oracle EBS forms
4. Attach Oracle database and network server files (diagram and T&Cs) to POs
