Forums are monitored by Oracle Support folks a well as tons of users so it’s often a great place to get help quickly. Here are some tips for using the forums:

1. Search First, Ask Second
2.  Be someone (not user8840234)
3.  Be Specific – version, OS, patch #, etc
4.  Reward others for their assistance
5.  Contribute! It is better to give than receive

4) Utilize the Oracle community: Search within “My Oracle Support” for BI Publisher

5) After exhausting all other channels open an official Service Request with Oracle
