STR Software Releases Confirmed Email Solution for JD Edwards

New software to help businesses maintain healthy cash flow, meet production deadlines

RICHMOND, Va. – STR Software, a leader in automated document delivery from ERP systems, announces the release of AventX for JD Edwards today. AventX allows JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) users to email documents like invoices and purchase orders with confirmation that the documents were received by the intended recipient.

Although email is the preferred method of communication for most businesses, it can’t acknowledge whether messages were successfully delivered. AventX for JD Edwards provides such insight, enabling users to identify problems and resend critical documents before they impede cash flow or cause production delays. The new software also lets users customize subject lines, sender addresses and message bodies to decrease the likelihood of triggering spam filters – a common obstacle in email communication.
