RGH Upgrades Hardware-based Fax Server to Digital Fax Board for FoIP Capability

Existing STR Software customer, RGH Enterprises, is upgrading from a 24-channel, hardware-based fax server to a 48-channel, SR-140 based, FAXCOM server in preparation for a move to a Fax over IP (FoIP) environment. The digital solution supports inbound and outbound fax routing within virtual environments allowing for greater flexibility in the document delivery infrastructure. The upgrade is in anticipation of additional Oracle throughput as RGH expands the number of active organizations in its EBS environment. Future plans for improving efficiencies could include implementing desktop fax capabilities for RGH’s employees.
