Ormet Corporation Resolves Oracle EBS Document Delivery Limitations with AventX Product Suite

Ormet Corporation recently implemented Oracle EBS R12 with the Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) Module and was faced with several document generation and delivery needs.  Ormet Corporation approached STR Software primarily in search of a solution for printing multi- page work orders with attachments. It was vital that the solution be able to print and collate Oracle reports with EBS database, network server, and/or web server attachments (MS Office, PDF, PCL, TIFF, HTML, JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc.) Ormet Corporation found that the AventX Attachment Printer was able to meet all of these requirements.

While investigating the STR Software solution, Ormet Corporation recognized that the AventX Oracle Connector, which is easily integrated with the AventX Attachment Printer, was the obvious solution for an automated, unattended email system to deliver purchase orders, invoices and RFQ’s. The AventX Oracle Connector utilizes native Oracle EBS functionality to automate email and fax delivery of any document that can be printed. By investing in STR Software’s Product Suite (AventX Attachment Printer and AventX Oracle Connector) Ormet was able to solve all of their document delivery needs at one time.
