LECO Eliminates Pre-Printed Forms by Automating PO Delivery from Oracle EBS

LECO Corporation (St. Joseph, Michigan), a top provider of quality technical ceramics for over 50 years, has chosen AventX Oracle Connector to automate purchase order delivery directly from Oracle EBS. LECO chose AventX for its superior integration with EBS and the ability to automate batch delivery of any document.

AventX will automatically deliver an annual volume of 30,000 purchase orders, allowing LECO to eliminate ongoing costs associated with preprinted forms and manual intervention previously required for delivery. By automating purchase orders alone, LECO will achieve an ROI within ten months of deploying the new delivery system.

Looking forward to phase two of the deployment, LECO will utilize inbound fax routing capabilities provided with their new delivery solution, giving employees the ability to fax directly from their email clients. Additional document types are also on deck for automated delivery from Oracle EBS, including invoices, sales order acknowledgements and AR statements.
