GFI Group Automates Email Delivery with AventX

GFI Group (New York, NY), a provider of wholesale market brokerage services for a variety of institutional clients, recently chose AventX Oracle Connector to automate AR invoice delivery directly from Oracle EBS.

Under their previous delivery system, GFI utilized BI Publisher to email invoices to their customers. However, this system proved to be cumbersome as they were only able to email one invoice to a customer at a time. In some cases, customers were receiving 100+ individual emails/invoices at a time. GFI selected AventX for its ability to automate the batch delivery of invoices in one file per recipient with flexibility to delivery any other EBS report should GFI’s business requirements grow in the future.

GFI estimates that by implementing the AventX Oracle Connector, they will eliminate over 1,100 man-hours of manual intervention previously required for delivery each year.
