Ready for Oracle Open World 2010

I was out of the office last week on vacation so I’ve spent the majority of this week getting ready for Oracle Open World 2010. Looks like it’s going to be busy as ever! Hmmmm… Looking at my schedule there’s not much time to grab a bite to eat… that could be trouble…

I have 3 presentations that I will be giving, if you haven’t finalized your schedule yet, would love to see you there:

1. Monday – 2:00p Moscone West L2, Room 2014 – Mohan Dutt at VeriSign was kind enough to ask me to co-present with him on his presentation regarding Best Implementation Practices with Oracle BI Publisher (S319049). We have some good tips lined up!

2. Tuesday – 12:30p Moscone West L2, Room 2011 – Many Faces of Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher in Oracle E-Business Suite (S319051)- I will be discussing what the Application Technology Group has created as the ‘standard’ in Oracle E-Business Suite as well as some deviations from this standard by different applications such as Collections, Payables and Procurement. This is a presentation packed with information. I hope you can attend – Bring your lunch!

3. Wednesday – 11:30a Moscone West L3, Room 3006 – Data Exchange Between Oracle E-Business Suite and Other Systems: The Easy Way (S319050)- This presentation will detail DataZing and how it can be used to facilitate the movement of data within your organization.

For a change of pace, I will also be assisting the AutoVue team at their pod (Moscone South – S-033), where we will be showing off our newly formed partnership for printing attachments from Oracle EBS. I will be there on Monday from 10am-Noon and Wednesday 9:00am-11:00am, if you’re around, definitely stop by and see us.

My boss (Ben Bruno) and I will be flying out tomorrow (Saturday) morning. Going to catch the Giants game Saturday night and then hit the ground running at the AutoVue CAB/FAB first thing Sunday. Enjoy the show, hope to see you there.
