AventX Oracle Connector can email and fax any document you can print, regardless of how the document is formatted. Whether your organization leverages Oracle’s own XML Publisher or other third-party software, AventX Oracle Connector will maintain the integrity of your document output.

Flexible Submission Methods
AventX Oracle Connector provides the flexibility to email and fax any document either interactively or automatically.

Our interactive delivery method enables you to send individual documents to multiple destinations, dynamically determine who should receive acknowledgement(s) of delivery status, and include cover pages and digital signatures if desired. AventX Interactive Delivery can be invoked from any EBS Form or as part of your standard submit request process.

Alternatively, our automatic delivery method allows you to submit a range or batch of documents to be delivered. AventX Oracle Connector then determines the vendors’ preferred method of receiving their documents and then proceeds with delivery. No user intervention is required.

Real-Time Delivery Status
AventX Oracle Connector provides real-time delivery status updates directly into Oracle E-Business Suite, while it simultaneously sends acknowledgements to your email inbox. You never need to leave Oracle E-Business Suite to determine the status of a document or to change delivery instructions.

Email and Fax Attachments
STR Software realizes that your suppliers and vendors may require product specifications or additional documentation to be included with your purchase orders and invoices. AventX Oracle Connector fully supports native EBS database, network server, and/or web server file attachments for email and fax delivery.

Print Attachments
In support of the AventX Oracle Connector’s ability to email and fax attachments, STR Software’s Print Attachment option allows users to automatically print and collate attachments in any Oracle created document (POs, Work Orders, etc.) with supporting database or network server attachments (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, PDF, etc.) into one package.

Secure and Confirmed Email Delivery

PO Approval, PL/SQL API, and Toolkit Available
To meet the varying needs and budgets of our customers, STR Software also offers AventX PO Approval, a PL/SQL API, and AventX Toolkit for the Oracle E-Business Suite environment.

AventX PO Approval for Oracle EBS allows users to submit a PO to be emailed, faxed, or printed via the Approve Document form or through the standard Submit Request form in Oracle EBS.

AventX API for Oracle EBS is a PL/SQL API allowing your developers to submit documents from anywhere in Oracle EBS to our Oracle Connector.

The AventX Toolkit for Oracle EBS provides the building blocks needed to allow your company’s programmers to build an individualized path from XML Publisher to AventX UNIX using the custom delivery channel.
